The Rath n’ Ruins staff would like to invite you to join the Minion System!!!
What is the Minion System? It is a sort of “civil police”: a group of members who would help Mods and Mentors keep things on-topic.
What do the Minions do?A) The main responsibility of Minions is to keep things on-topic AND spoiler-free. If they see an off-topic post, a “fangirling” post in a non-fangirling zone, or a “movie” post in a non-movie zone, they will report this vía a Minions-only board. Minions also report and spoiler post in a non-spoiler zone (a very important task, once ARCS start coming out).
When a Minion reports a post, two things will happen:
1) Other minions will see it, and go and help the first minion get conversation back on track. Two or three insightful posts will do to rerail conversation
.
2) A Mod will see it, and take care of the off-topic posts, either moving or deleting them.
B) The Minions also help staff keep track of ppl. who haven’t picked a court , and/or who are not displaying their preferred name. These two rules are part of the new forum policy.

Who can be a Minion?Here, our policy is “the more, the merrier”
. Therefore, anyone who has over 300 posts can apply. Once the applications are in, they will each be evaluated by Mods, Mentors and Maria. These evaluations will be based on your general contribution to the Rath and on your ability to follow forum rules in the past.
