Wicked Lovely is one of those books you can’t put down, no matter what. The plot is compelling in itself, and you can’t help but feel you’re being thrust into Aislinn’s world. The mood and emotions in this book are so deep; you fear for Aislinn--one of the strongest characters in any book--you’re completely frustrated because for once you can’t figure out the ending before the half-way point. You want Aislinn to become the Summer Queen, but at the same time, you’d so much rather her end up with Seth than Keenan. Because you’re totally in love with Seth yourself. It’s great to see a female main character who’s strong enough to live in a tough setting with a dark secret, but makes the decisions and choices that work for her and make her win in the end.
